Meet Stephanie Jackson; Stephanie is the owner, operator, and the lead massage therapist at Rest, Relax & Rewind LLC. Stephanie is very detail oriented, methodical and meticulous in everything she does; so obviously she was guided to her original career path, “Corporate America”. Accurate advice, Stephanie achieved a very successful, and accomplished 30-year career, with companies such as, ClubCorp of America, Holiday Inn, and Microsoft, however Stephanie felt stressed, unfulfilled and amiss. Therefore, wanting more than just a career, she decided to follow her passion, and pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a Massage Therapist. So finally, Stephanie left the corporate grind and enrolled at the International School of Skin Nail and Massage. Like everything else Stephanie puts her mind to, she was successful. She graduated amongst the top of her class and passed the MBLEX. Stephanie then continued her education and studied in Chiang Mai, Thailand with Thai Massage Masters to learn the art and technique of Thai Massage. In 2010, accomplished in business, and educated in massage, Stephanie started her own company Rest, Relax & Rewind LLC. Stephanie is licensed and offers services in Fascia Blasting, Lymphatic Drainage, Swedish, Thai, Swe-Thai, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Pre-Natal, Reflexology, Cupping and Sports Massages. Stephanie also focuses on bodywork therapy, and body sculpting, using cupping and Fascia Blasting techniques. Stephanie does mobile massages for individuals, as well as set locations for the movie industry here in Atlanta. She was the on-set massage therapist for the movie “The Internship” working with the director, actors, and behind the scenes personal. Also filmed here in Atlanta, Stephanie was the massage therapist for the reality TV show “Home Free” with Tim Tebow. Ironically, a large part of her mobile business is in the corporate environment. She was recognized by “Top Rated” in 2018 and 2019, for being the best massage therapist in Georgia. In 2024 Stephanies Spa was named Best Massage Therapy Studio in Dunwoody. To say that massage therapy is Stephanie’s career is an understatement, it is her passion, her dream, her life.

That’s why I choose to go to Paul Mitchell school of esthetics they stood out to me not only for the name but (but for the knowledge and experience I could gain) it’s a welcoming and nurturing feeling. Throughout my time in school I gained an immense amount of knowledge. Whilst learning little tips and tricks on how to better myself and skin and while also how to navigate clients and their needs. As nervous as I may have been at the start I can attest that I did take the right step. Because I came out the other end stronger and ready to begin my career in the skin industry. Now I want to dedicate my time to being the best aesthetician I can be who delivers on what is promised and gets you the results that are desired.

In addition to his massage therapy training, Jarrett further expanded his knowledge at the Health and Style Institute, specializing in esthetics. His skill set includes sports massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, back facials, microdermabrasion, and waxing, making him a versatile practitioner dedicated to enhancing the well-being and beauty of his clients.
